AVDIJA SZN is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, the Portland Trail Blazers, Deni Avdija, ESPN, or any other club, league or player mentioned.

All team names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games being described.

Who may use it

These terms are an agreement between you and Ilay Marom. By using the app you accept them. The first-run screen records that acknowledgement, with the policy version and time stored on your account after you sign in.

You must be at least 16 to create an account, and old enough to enter a contract where you live before buying a membership.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating somebody else. We may change or remove one that is.

Memberships and billing

Pro and Analyst are sold through Polar, who act as merchant of record and issue your invoice. The weekly and monthly plans are recurring subscriptions; the Analyst season pass is not.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for.

The Analyst season pass is a single purchase covering one fixed term of nine months from the day you buy it. It does not renew, you are never charged for it again, and there is nothing to cancel. Access ends on the date shown in your membership, and we tell you before it does.

Prices are shown before you buy. If a price changes, the new one applies from your next renewal and never retroactively. A season pass already bought is unaffected by a later price change.

The statistics come from a third party

Every score, stat line and schedule shown comes from a public ESPN feed. It can be delayed, corrected after the fact, or occasionally wrong, and it can change shape without notice.

Nothing here is provided as a basis for betting or any other financial decision. Check an official source before relying on a number.

Notifications are best-effort

Alerts depend on your browser, your operating system, your network, and third-party push infrastructure — none of which we control. They can arrive late or not at all.

Do not rely on this app as your only alarm for something that matters.

Fair use

While using the app, please do not:

• Scrape, resell or redistribute the data, or use it to build a competing service.
• Break, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure.
• Get around paywalls, rate limits, or access controls.
• Post anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately spoiling in a name, group or shared card.

Reporting content — copyright and everything else

Two kinds of content here can be somebody else’s problem: club names, logos and marks belonging to their owners, and names that readers themselves write — display names, group names.

If you own a right you believe is being infringed, or you have found a name that is abusive or impersonating, write to support@avdijaszn.com with: what the content is and where to find it, who you are and how to reach you, what right you hold, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.

We will look at it promptly and remove or disable anything that should not be there. If your content was removed and you think that was wrong, reply to the same address and say why — we would rather be corrected than leave a mistake standing.

We are not a US-registered DMCA agent. This procedure is how to reach us regardless, and we do not require a formal notice before acting on an obvious problem.

What we promise, and what we do not

We try to keep the app accurate and available, but it is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any statistic is correct.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for missed games, or for decisions made on the strength of a number shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud, and nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Ending it

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
