Refund Policy
How cancelling works, and when you get money back.

Cancel whenever you like
You can cancel a Pro or Analyst subscription at any time from Settings, or through the billing portal link in your receipt. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. A season pass has no subscription behind it, so there is nothing to cancel — it simply ends on its date.
Cancelling stops the next payment. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops.
14-day right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or Israel, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a refund of that payment.
Digital services are an exception to this right once you have started using them. We do not treat starting to use the app as giving that right up: within the 14 days we will refund your first payment on request, whether or not you have used it.
Renewals
A renewal is charged at the start of each new period, and you are told before it happens.
If a renewal catches you out and you have not meaningfully used the membership in that new period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
If the service is broken
If a paid feature is unavailable or not working for a sustained period, tell us and we will refund or extend your membership to cover it. This is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
How to ask
Email support@avdijaszn.com from the address you bought with, or use the contact link on your Polar receipt. Tell us which payment you mean.
Approved refunds are returned by Polar to the original payment method. Their processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong, please contact us first — it is almost always faster than a chargeback. Raising one with your bank may suspend your account until it is resolved.
